FIFA SOLVE THE TECHNOLOGY PROBLEM.

The refereeing mistakes during the World cup have highlighted the need for new technology to be employed in major football matches, specifically goal line cameras.
However FIFA have rejected the idea. President Sepp Blatter has gone in the opposite direction by making a statement saying "We are the guardians of the laws of the game and we want to see the big teams and football at grass roots level playing under the same rules".
So from next season the following rules will be implemented.
1. All goalposts will be taken down and replaced with items of clothing i.e. sweaters and coats.
2. If a striker scores a hat trick he must go in goal.
3. Pitch markings will be abolished.
4. Regardless of the score, when it gets dark, both teams will decide the match by scoring "The winning goal".
5. Any player can leave the game at any time if instructed to do so by a parent or guardian.
6. Club kits will be abolished. Teams will be either "shirts" or "skins".
7. Goal areas will be arbitrarily decided by both teams and all goalkeepers will be "Rush goalies".
9. The game will be over when the player who owns the ball goes home.
