This is Igor Panarin. Igor is a Russian professor, ex-KGB colonel, political scientist, intelligence analyst and information warfare expert. He is famous for his forecast of the disintegration of the USA into six parts this summer. He worked it out as long ago as 1998, but it has only been common knowledge in the west for the last couple of years.
In 1998, based on classified data about the state of the U.S. economy and society, Panarin forecast the probable disintegration of the USA into six parts this summer. In 2008 he was specific that it would happen in June/July this year.
According to him, a second American civil war will occur. The causes will be mass immigration, economic decline, moral degradation and the collapse of the dollar. He forecasts a political crisis in which the wealthier states will withhold taxes from the federal government, effectively seceding from the Union, leading to social unrest, civil war, national division, and intervention of foreign powers, who will form half a dozen regional sub-entities. These will be dominated or absorbed outright by foreign powers.
1). Alaska will revert back to Russia.
2). Hawaii will become Chinese or Japanese.
3). The West Coast states, together with Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Arizona will be under Chinese influence.
4) A Texas Republic, which would include New Mexico, Oklahoma and all the other traditionally southern states, (but not the Carolinas, the Virginias, Kentucky and Tennessee), would be under the influence of Mexico.
5). The aforementioned southern exceptions would join the northeastern states in forming a bloc that would join the European Union.
6). Midwestern and western states will become Canadian.
The early signs are there.
The appeals for change haven't worked out.
