A map of Bangkok's CBD. The green and red highlighted blocks are the areas held for six weeks by Red Shirt protesters, locked in by barricades of tyres and sharpened bamboo poles. The area held by the Red Shirts contained some of Bangkok's most expensive hotels, shops and office suites, nearly all shut down or financially savaged by the protests.

The barricades were crossed today by Thai military and riot police. The weeks of clashes killed more than 60 people, injuring hundreds, ruining tourism to Thailand's capital and costing local businesses hundreds of millions of dollars in lost trade.

Red Shirt protest leaders have now surrendered.

Sharia Law & Catholic Canon Law - Part 1

Yesterday I posted a compilation of YouTubes on Sharia Law and how it is affecting Great Britain, and how it could affect the legal system in the United States. While watching these news reports you may have noted that Sharia Law is being promoted by the Democrats. What does Sharia Law have to do with the one world religion?

Canon Law is the Christian counterpart to (Jewish) Halakha, Hindu Law, and Sharia Law. Concordats, an agreement between the pope and a government for the regulation of church affairs, through Roman Catholic version of Canon Law, to influence the lives of the Church. The Canon Law is sometimes called the "pontifical law," "sacred law" or divine law." They believe it is created for the well-being of souls. 

During the Concordat with Hitler:

"...the National Socialist regime’s acceptance of the Code of Canon Law, which the Vatican had enacted in 1917. The Code gave the Holy See control over the appointment of bishops and other prelates, and ensured that it had the final word in matters of Church policy and doctrine. The Code’s main architect, Eugenio Pacelli (later Pius XII), believed that its implementation was necessary to ensure the Church’s unity and survival in the twentieth century. According to John Cornwell, the main purpose of the Code was to enlarge the pope’s control of the Church, including his power to suppress dissent."  Edward Bell, Brescia University College, "Catholicism and Democracy: A Reconsideration"

Is it plausible that Sharia Law could be brought to the U.S.? Yes, the Fascist government that is being put in place can use Sharia Law as a means of control.

Glenn Beck: Why Obama is merging the green agenda with churches

Glenn begins by talking about the way social justice has been made one of the missions of the church. This is all review, but now churches will be asked to get on-board with the green agenda measures (06:11 on counter) and immigration reform (08:20). Net neutrality reform will also be pushed on the Church to protect our children. All of these are a manifestation of living the Gospel.

"On the subject of immigration because I think the church is going to have to play a very major role in how we, how people are treated. The cardinals, the archbishops, the bishops that come to me and say we want you to pass immigration reform and I said but I want you to speak about it from the pulpit. I want you to instruct your, whatever the communication is — they — the people some oppose immigration reform are sitting in those pews and you have to tell them that this is a manifestation of our living the Gospels." The recommendation by Glenn's guest was what truly got me. It's amazing how he can speak the truth out of one side of his mouth, and manipulate and lie with the other. I could not find the interview, however his guest has been on before and is the writer of the book Glenn was weeping over last week. His guest suggested that Christians sign the Manhattan Declaration to stand on the principles our country was founded on. The Manhattan Declaration is nothing more than an interfaith scam document that attempts to bring faiths together in attempt to remove barriers and blend us as one; even though they are not truly Christian. It's the old bait and switch for Glenn.

Like something out of an alternate universe, one where Star Wars director George Lucas was not a brilliantly original creator of some of the most influential science fiction movies ever made, but was instead a big budget director of remakes of cheap movies he loved as a child :
